Satan’s rebellion against God was a declaration of war. Because Adam and Eve joined that rebellion, we were all plunged into spiritual warfare, making us enemies with God. As one who has accepted God’s generous peace offering, the Bible tells me that I am now to be a peacemaker, literally begging others to make peace with God.
